Default Side mirror possessed?

I have a 2005 Dakota SLT Quad Cab 4.7L v8. The passenger side mirror seems to have a mind of its own. I'll set it to cover my blind spot and within 30 minutes, it will have adjusted itself outward so that my blindspot is no longer in view. The mirror doesn't wiggle or jiggle while driving; it just slowly moves outward. I'm not hitting the control toggle either. Any suggestions?

Default

Set the mirror then disconnect the fuse to the control toggle. This will rule out anything with that toggle and basically limit it to just road vibrations.. I can't think of what else it could be. Never had any issues with mine
