Looks awesome, Cody! Now you need to finish, and produce multiples. By the way, are you using standard bolts through the uniballs, or were you able to locate the conical stuff for our tie rod and ball joint mounts?...meaning: I don't want to drill, lol.

Way to go. No fair with the xtra vehicle.

Excited to see the spindle/knuckle. 4x4 compatible? I would like to do a double shear spindle set up. Hard to get enough angle out of the upper ball joint. Would be nice to set them up vertically (through bolt horizontal).

I retained my original alignment/cam bolts. Glad I did. Your stuff looks sexier than mine, but very familiar.

Yea 12" of travel is all you can out of 1" uniballs. Most the total chaos kits max out at 11-13. Camburgs kits use a horizontal upper uniball for 14-16" inches but the steering suffers a bit.

The steering and lower uniball will be double shear. The upper will be normal. Only 2wd compatible because I'll be moving the hub "triangle" centerline down to the lower uniball centerline. Maybe an inch lower. The spindle alone should give me 3-4" of lift so i can run my arms almost parallel.

Im still debating on the cam setup. Theres so much adjustment in the arms ill probably just plate up the frame and mounts.

Are you going to run a wheel spacer to clear the big ball joint up top with fat tires?

I think these big uniballs would steer pretty well set up horizontally. Yeah, I'm getting 12" too.

Nope. Theres about 2 inches between the tire and the uniball.

I think i would definitely rebuild my next set with horizontal uniballs and build a bunch of extra droop into the arms. But thats like full race. Im keeping this daily driver. Lucky for me theres limit straps and bump stops. Which will both be getting used extensively lol.

Now that im looking at everything....

The upper control arm and steering take most of the extreme angles. I can probably come up with an almost bolt on mid travel kit for the guys that dont want LT.

Could probably get 10" of clean travel with a stock length uniball upper, heim tie rods and an 8" coil over. Keeping the stock spindle and strut mount. All you would have to drill out is the tie rod and upper arm mount on spindle. No welding either. Hmmm.... ;-)
