Just bought a 2009 Dak w/22K miles, other than a few scratches it looks like a new truck. It has the 4.7 and I'm looking to upgrade the intake and exhaust. As I already have KN intakes on my Jeep and HD I"ll be going this route again. What do you guys recommend for exhaust system? Thanx, Hoot

I prefer magnaflow, but it depends on what you want the exhaust to sound like. Welcome to the forum.

May I ask what you paid for it? I am selling my 08 and prices I see on Autotrader are crazy, $14K and up.

I paid $17k. May have been a little high but the nada book on it was almost $19K. And it's just what I've been looking for so I jumped on it.

Something is going on. I paid $20K in 2009 for a then one year old model. The resale must be phenomenal.

Like I said I probably paid too much but a crew cab w/ a V-8 was just what I've been looking for. And with only 22k miles it adds about $4k to the book value.

Pickups are in demand plus the cost of new is ridiculous. I think it's the price of gas driving demand. I've paid too much for every vehicle I've bought, just like the casino - it's hard to beat the dealer.
