The hood is spectacular. What did you with the factory hood? I don't know if I can bring myself to scrap a hood off a brand new vehicle.

It is actually hanging on the ceiling in the basement. I will hang onto it. You never know what will happen.

How much did it cost to get it painted to match the factory paint?


I just got the update this morning that my R/T is in the frame stage at factory, wish they would let me cancel the hood from the order lol

Dang, checked it this morning and it's gone from Frame, Paint to Trim in one day.

I have been at the plant. The bodys are painted then once rejoined to the underpinnings station. It moves right along assembly line till finished. If its in trim that car will be done on the line today! Then to inspection and then it will await shipping
