They look awesome and the light output is amazing compared to the halogens.

Thanks again.
You put the 2014 BI Xeon lights in?

Picts?

For those of you that are pros at removing the bumper I'm looking at removing it to figure out why I have so much play in mine none the less the bumper cover where it clips into the passenger side headlight does not stay in place it pops out. I'm still under the original warranty but I still like to know how and why this is going on.

Nice write up, way too much work for me though, I think it would be easier for me to swing by MJ's place in O Town and have him do the removal if I ever decide to do this. Nice Job!!!

Is there some schematic of what the front bumper consists of and what all the parts and pins that connect it all together ? This past weekend I found a couple of broken plastic parts that need to be ordered but don't know what else is involved and or maybe missing.

Here's a link to similar generic "rivets" available at Auto Zone etc. You can get like a dozen for $3. http://tinyurl.com/l54z8pn

And here is a link to Mitchell DIY, an on-line manual that provides diagrams/text/graphics to repair your car. They're NOT free, nonetheless they provide good stuff to make your job easier if you don't mind coughing up $20 or so for a 30-day subscription. http://tinyurl.com/kfovbnx

Where are the pics? Also when you put back the bumper, was it hard i mean did all the clips go back in place. I just worry that after replacing the bumper it wont align correctly.

Well thank God for having warranty and friends at the dealership. I went to one dealership where I bought my D and they told me the majority of my complaints were not covered. Went to my buddy's dealership and almost everything was covered and what wasn'the made it get covered. Anyways my ffrontbumper was loose and iI thought the broken plastic piece was the reason why but turns out there's another part right below the passenger headlight that holds the bumper. Reason for being broken.....Durango is too low up front and I think my wife hit a curb with it on passenger side, not enough to make any obvious damage but enough that it broke 2 plastic pieces.

I just removed the front bumper and grille the other day for the first time...I must say it's SO easy to do. It took about 10 minutes to remove both pieces, and another 10 to put them back on. I am taking off all the chrome trim to strip it and paint it.
