I understand things can break but I only had it off the lot for 2 damm hours!!!
Sorry to hear you had such a bad start with your new D3. Personally, I wouldn't accept that answer. Call Chrysler head office and escalate the matter without getting personal. Somewhere in NA there has to be the piece you need, even if it's in an unsold D3 sitting on a lot. You paid good money for your D3, and if it really is out of stock in the parts warehouse, then they need to move heaven and earth to get you back on the road and enjoying yourself.
