I have a 2012 Crew. This is a pic of the driver interior door handle with what appears to be a blue led accent light within it. No other doors have this accent light throughout the rest of the vehicle. My front passenger handle has the hole in which the light passes through but obviously no visible light. The second row doors don't have the hole so I'm not concerned with those. I asked the dealer about this issue and they didn't know if both front doors are supposed have led's in them or not. So they ordered another passenger interior handle to see if it comes with an led in it. It hasn't arrived yet so here I ask you folks...

Is this standard to only have the driver side door light up or is it supposed to be on both front doors?

Does anyone have both front led lights in theirs? (from factory not aftermarket)

 

I also have a 2012 Crew, and am 98% sure both driver and passenger door handles have the blue light... Along with the compartments on the lower door panel and cupholders in the console.

 

LEDs in both front Handles on mine.

 

Thanks for the reply. I just check my front passenger door and I have no working blue lights on either the handle or on the lower door panel. Cup holders are working though. Looks like another trip to the dealer.

check your window switches and all electronics in the passenger door. Maybe they forgto to plug door in when assembling

 

R/T here have them both doors, bottom bottle holders and center cup holders

 

Hello, I just had my tipm replaced and now the accent lighting for handle and cup holders don't work. The dealer is saying what they did had nothing to do with those lights,i know they worked when I bought it in. I was wondering if you found what the culprit was and how they fixed it?

Go into evic menu I believe there is a set up for that.
My R/T has them in front and rear door handles and front door pockets
