I installed it this weekend. My tuner HEMIFEVER put in temps similar to those. I loaded the new tune as well but at idle in driveway fan still didnt come on until 224 degrees so he needs to check that out. It may be a case where the computer does things different in Park/N than it does while in drive at low rpms. The truck runs cooler even when tromping on it like a madman it stays at 185-195.This is all with HVAC controls off. With them on the fan comes on and off anyway as part of hvac system function. When in Ac Mode the Fan works as prescribed

Default P0128

My 2012 v6 Durango check engine light came on today (again) at 80K.

The code is P0128 Coolant Temp Below Thermostat Regulating Temp.

Any ideas on what the problem might be?

Regards

T stat sounds stuck open not allowing it to warm up to 170 quick enough.

Default P0128

Got the P0128 code again yesterday.

I think I'm going to replace the thermostat.

Should I buy OEM or get one at the local auto parts store for 12.99?

The Durango has 80K miles.

Another question:

Did Dodge change the thermostat during the cylinder Head recall? (To lower operating temps)

Regards
