Mine is missing too. Just changed my oil for the first time and noticed this was missing.

My brother works at a oil change place and says half the guys there throw those away when they see them. I thought thats nice.

My first change on a 2012 with 31k, couldnt get the plug out, even with a 24" breaker bar. So took it to my brother, 3/8" impact wouldnt crack it, but the 1/2" impactor did. Previous dodge change on previous owner mustve used a impactor.

Nope all the 5.7 hemi guys are missing the panel. My personal thought is that the whole plastic under carriage cover comes from the Mercedes and whoever ordered them for the Durango (built on different assembly lines) forgot to order this cover since it is included on the GL Mercedes. just my out there OP.
