I didn't. They're not attached to the seat at the edges and they're flexible enough you can pull them away from the seat just enough to stuff the wires in.

Philips. And as I was looking at the picture I realized, duh, I should've just tucked them behind the plastic seat backs. Went out to the garage and did it. Here's the revised pic. Looks almost stock now. Cables are tucked neatly from view and then they go over into the center console where the 12V plug is. The console cover shuts just fine with the cables going in.
