Default 2013 dashboard noise

This noise usually starts at around 30mph and intensifies with speed. It's not the washer hose as I've disconnected it and it was still there. Any insight of what this could be is greatly appreciated due to the closest dealership being 110 miles away.

A couple of us have a whining sound from the dash, irrespective of the climate control settings. Suggest you have someone else drive the car while you video. Maybe you can zero in better on where the noise is coming from. I was in Phila 3 weeks ago. My brother and I went out in his wife's Dart. He mentioned that it had a rattle that he couldn't identify and she was all over his case about it. I reached over and pulled the the garage door opener off the sun visor. The rattling stopped. I doubt your issue would be that simple, but listening from a different angle might help. Good luck.

wow horrible. ok the first thing that pops in my head is the windshield maybe its not sealed properly by the manufacturer which is under warranty. The the next thing is the front vents . Are u getting a draft from them when the air system is off? if so have it checked either way all should be covered by dodge. 3 years 36000 miles basic warranty covers these type of issues.

If you find that it is the hood hinge . I recommend a can of lithium grease on all those parts works. On my old Nissan SE-R I had a similar problem that i resolved with the grease. I currently use the same grease on my right control arm to stop a whistling noise when I go on reverse on my DD.
