Default OBD Port Doesn’t Work

Hello everyone! I have a dash cam that plugs in by OBD port on a 2011 Dodge Durango. That port must be dead because the dash cam no longer works on it but it works in another vehicle. I was told to replace the M30/M35 fuse area with a 15a and that didn’t fix it. Next step is to have AutoZone or whoever plug their device into the port and see if it even reads. If not, what’s the issue? Replace OBD port? Electrical problem? Thanks!

You can do a Google search for "OBD-II pinout" and confirm that you have battery power between pin 16 and 4, assuming you have a test light or multimeter. If you don't have power then you get to figure out if it's a wiring issue or a fuse issue. I'd still be inclined to suspect a fuse issue unless you're aware of someone having recently been working under the dash in the area of the OBD-II port.
