Hoping the fact I have a new Durango, a new dart, a newer ram Laramie and a jeep they will strive to give me more loving then the average customer. I have owned many Dodge vehicles, this is the first time I have had a new vehicle drive like an old car. Stay tuned ya'll.
322 miles on her and am extremely mechanical. Going to be fun I suppose. Ugh. Dammit!
Yeah, my wheel shakes.
Please reach out if you need any assistance making an appointment, or if you have further concerns once the vehicle is inspected!

Will do. Do you work for Dodge? I am new here so forgive me being naive. Going to have the wife take her new Durango to Lake Elsinore Dodge in Ca on Monday morning. I just hope the issue goes away the first time or she will be fuming about me buying the Durango over the explorer which is what she wanted.
There is a Ford dealer next to them and if she wastes her time doing this and the problem doesn't go away it won't be funny when I get home from work to find an Explorer in my driveway with her smiling and telling me the wheel shake was fixed!

DodgeCares will respond, but DodgeCares and DodgeCACares are FCA employees in their social media dept.

They are an invaluable and reliable resource for identifying and getting problems resolved; both the mechanical kind and the dealership human kind.

For some reason franchise dealerships open their ears and listen when FCA corporate contacts them.
