Saw a Dodge TV ad last night. It referred to the Durango as a 7 passenger Charger. Even my wife thought that was clever.....

The external dimensions of the Charger and Durango are almost the same. There is however a significant weight difference

I had to look that up to be sure, but you're right! Why doesn't my 2015 Charger have a third row! Lol

Thank you. Dare I say it, but I like it more than the Durango. There are little things in it that I wish the Durango had. Crazy what a difference a year makes as my Durango is a 2014. But I still find little settings and stuff that I've noticed in the charger where I go "now why doesn't the Durango have that?"

Example: Remote start auto on settings. 2014 Durango is heated/cooled seats and heated wheel on or not. Those are the only two options. The charger offers an additional option to only have it come on with remote start. That's nice since how many times have you just stopped for something quick where the car didn't cool down and then you get back in and start her up only to have the heated wheel and seats come on full blast?

funny i saw that commercial too! It didn't register right away and then I thought the same thing, that it was funny and kinda true LOL....

and BTW my 15 durango has the option for remote start or any start, for the cooled seats etc. to come on or not.... one of my favorite features actually, gets really hot here and it's nice first of all to have remote start in the first place... and to then have the option for the cooled seats to come on is a bonus! great features...

and even better is having control through the 1 free year of the uconnect app... finally set it up and it works great, although it takes a while 1-2 minutes at least, still cool feature!
