So I bring the car in to the dealer and they tell me I need a new PCM. That was on August 19th. Every time the dealer checks the part status the computer says it will arrive the next business day. The parts manager has contacted Detroit several times and I think they are just feeding him a load of you know what. Last week he said they told him that they just got them in from the supplier and that they would be sending them out right away. Still nothing. I just sent in a complaint on the Dodge owners website to FCA customer service. Maybe they will be able to tell me when I might get my Durango back. Anyone else have a similar problem with FCA parts?
