Default car's remote

Has anyone had problems with their car's remotes(both). As of today neither of my 2 remotes work for my durango and both have brand new batteries.

There is a TSB (08-110-14) for inoperative keyless entry FOBs that can apply to vehicles produced before Sept 30, 3013. Since your is a 2013 model year, yours is in the correct date range.

The TSB instructs the technician to open and close the FOB to reset the power, then test the lock/unlock and remote start functionality again. If this temporarily allows the FOB to work again, the TSB might fix the issue. The TSB consists of reprogramming the PEM.

Ooops, that should have been "Sept 30, 2013".

TSB = Technical Service Bulletin. They are issued to dealerships when a solution to a common issue has been discovered. The TSB number referenced above is 08-110-14.

If the remotes don't work[as per dealership] then I wouldn't be able to start my car correct?
