I get a warning: Right Turn Single Not Working?
This happened to me twice. I use the Right Turn signal, and I immediately get a warning on my front dash screen:
Right Turn Signal Not Working.
The Internal Blinker flashes much faster I suppose to signify that something is wrong.
Is this:
- My bulb burned out, or
- There is an electrical issue preventing sending a signal to the turn light?
Has anyone else received this message?
I read somewhere of such issues - though people were attributing this to cold weather - intermittent issues.
Thanks

I had the same problem on the same side. I removed the taillight assy and removed the bulbs and bench tested them and they were both good. I then check the 12V power to the bulb sockets and I had power ????????? I replaced the bulbs and the taillight assy and tried the right turn signal and it worked for three or four flashes and then went into hyper flashing. I then did it all over again with the same results and gave up and brought it to a Dodge Dealer fearing the worst. I picked up the truck and the bill was $20.61 for labor and a bulb. I always thought that a bulb was either good or bad but not in this case. So the morel of this story it just replace the bulbs

Any thoughts on a 2015 Durango with 26K miles on it having to have bulbs replaced so soon? My Xterra required bulb replacement twice over a 10 year period. So basically every 5 years.

We're actually having a similar issue with our 15 Citadel.
The left and right front turn indicators will randomly say the bulb is out, but the blinker still works (the bulb itself never blinks fast or goes out, just the warning message and the internal indicator blinks fast). Eventually, the warning will go away, then randomly come back again. I've replaced both bulbs twice, but it's still happening.

So basically the dealer said they checked each of the bulbs and the socket where they are inserted for any corrosion. Each and every bulb worked fine so nothing was done.
As stated intermittent issue. 03neonRT I got a warning, fast internal blinker though my front right external light was not working. This issue would seem to be a safety issues, no? I do not believe it's a bulb issue.
