Don't mean to sound snarky. Is the battery upside down? Where'd you get the batt? I was using cheap *** Northern Tool batts which wore out just looking at them. The key for my '13 is acting up even with a Duracell. Put the car in Park this morning and the alarm that the key had left the car started dinging. Key was in my pocket. Had to shut car off but then it started no problem.

Which battery did you replace, the battery in the key fob, or the battery under the passenger seat?

Default Assistance

Hi dkeith76,

If changing the batteries did not help, you may want to take it to your FCA dealership for a diagnoses.

If there is anything we can do to help let us know.

Thanks
