Hello every one....

I have 2013 Dodge Durango crew V8 Hemi with more than 150.000km Lately, i was driving fast on big hump which made the car jump. Few days later, I noticed a ticking noise from engine first thing when i start my car in the morning. The sound can be heared only at engine start in the morning when the car is cold. If I leave the car for few hours until it cooled down, the sound does not appear that loud. The sound can be heared clearly from from right tire or when hood open. Another thing is that when i accelerate too much while driving, strong smell like a gun powder burning come to inside the car which was not before.

Has any one notice this or came a cross such thing??

From what i tried to find, some people said it cold be some exhaust manifold nut or screws broken but not sure how to check that.
Please advise me of what i should do.
