13.5 is not that bad. Like other said, keep up with the maintenance, plugs, oil, trans fluid and diffs. Also, make sure your tires are properly inflated and everything is in alignment.

Also, your right foot has as much to do with mileage as anything. I know if I drive my truck like a sane person (which is not often) I can get 16 combine, mostly city. However, the way I normally drive I get 12.5, but I drive my truck like I stole it

I think my truck gets worse gas mileage than any Hemi i've seen haha.
10 city 12-14 highway

Its a 2003 4x4 Hemi with a 4" lift and 35" Tires... It's been that ****ty since I bought it two years ago. I just thought it was one of the Hemi 'features'

i have 05 5.7 hemi quad w/20" wheels and 80,000 miles and used to get 17+ mpg highway but has now dropped to 13mpg atnen best on hwy. Seemed to have lost mpg in very short amount of time (3,000 miles ago). Any one with suggestions. P.S. Just joined forum today. Hi everybody.

Welcome to the site? Replace air filter? Spark plugs? O2 sensors? EGR? Air pressure in tires? Reset PCM?

Yea make sure you guys check those EGR valves. Especially the 03 guys. I hear that thing robs mileage big time. I only see about 9-10 in the city but thats ALOT of stop and go and 17-18 on the highway doing 70-75

Tune up, EGR as stated and clean the throttle body. A clogged EGR and gummed up throttle body could rob 2-3 MPG by themselves...

I'd definately check the plugs. Have you ever changed them? Air filter might need changing Tires might be underinflated,,,Check all the small maintenance stuff
