Oil filter size?

2 - There is only one size for 2008+ 5.7L and it has a metric 22X1.5 MM thread. Starting in 2008 the 4.7L and 5.7L got a new filter. Here are some numbers to have for cross reference. Please don't use a Fram. They are really poor quality filters IMO
2008+ 4.7L & 5.7L Filter #'s( in no order of preference ):
MOPAR = MO899
WIX = 57899( is the Wix application # but 51372 also works and is the cross # from the MOPAR filter )
NAPA GOLD( same filter as a Wix ) = 1372
ROYAL PURPLE = 20-820
K&N = HP-2010
MOBIL 1 = M1210
AC = PF1250
BALDWIN = B329
CHAMPION LAB's = PH820
MOTORCRAFT = FL820/FL820S
PUROLATOR = L24651
PUROLATOR PURE ONE = PL24651
BOSCH = 3410
BOSCH DISTANCE PLUS = D3410
HASTINGS = LF110
Obviously this is not all of the filters out there. They are all quality filters hyowever. Some better than others but any of these are a good filter to use. It at the least gives you a good list to search from or use for cross reference. Again, IMPO, Fram filters are awful so avoid them at any cost barring desperation. The filter from Fram is PH2 if you actually want to use them however.
Hope this helps.

1 - NEVER use Fram filters. They are garbage(IMHO)! You can get better filters for the same or even less money( in the US anyway ). Even if you only have Fram available to you in the aftermarket up there( have heard it is hard to get other aftermarket brands in Canada )spend the extra and go to a dealer for a MOPAR filter or order a bunch of what you need from an online source like Amazon.com( they have good bulk deals at times on many different filter brands ). Actually, even though Motorcraft filters are OE for Ford they are excellent quality filters. The MTC FL820 or FL820S are used on a ton of Fords and it is the correct filter for the 08+ 4.7L and 5.7L. I would use a MTC filter in half a heart beat before using a Fram "Orange Can Of Death"(JMPO).

Used to run Fram orange filters on all the Dodges. Switched to Pure Ones on the 05 after it was about 30,000 miles old, now 165,000mi and the 03 Neon when I got it at 189,000, now 229,000, and the oil was noticably cleaner in both at oil change time. Always used the same oil though, Shell rotella-T 5-40 synthetic in the pickup, and Valvoilne full synthetic in the neon. Still run a Fram on the 84 Dodge dump-225,000 mi and the 99 chevy 1 ton van 249,000mi, and they haven't had any lubrication problems.

Theyve done filtration tests on the filters and on each one, the frams are in the dirt. A step below EVERYTHING else. I usually buy WIX, as they are cheap but always score great on tests. I do it at 5k so paying $2 more for a filter doesnt kill me.
Im sure theres never been a catastrophic failure from a fram filter letting something by, but I can see an engine failing early from a low grade filter. In early, I mean 200k+ lol. My dad and grandpa only use Fram filters and have trucks with 240k and 330k, respectively.
