How does the back of the rear seat on a 2008 Quad Cab Ram come out?

Here are some steps to remove the rear seats:

1. Remove the load floor
2. Fold the rear seat cushion up and remove the rear bolts (1, 3, 5)

3. Lift each seat assembly up and disengage the seat back frame hooks (1 and 3) from the footmans loops (2 and 4) bolted to the rear cab back.

4. Remove the seat from the vehicle

Also, keep in mind when installing the seats the rear seat bolts (1, 3, and 5 from the first diagram) should be tighten to 40 N·m (30 ft. lbs.).
