Fender flares

a guy i work with has an 03 1500 white with the black fender flares with the bolt on look i guess, it looks like it has stainless steel bolts going around the outside of the flares. they do look nice on the white. he also has diamond plate bed rail toppers, and chrome after market tail lights. it's a nice looking truck. i'm sure you will like the look. makes the truck look more rugged. i'll ask him what brand they are, and try to snap a pic.

I have the EGR flares. It's cheaper than the Bushwacker and the quality is good. I got mine at 4wo|shop for fender flares. What I like about these flares is that they terminated at the front bumper.

i went with the pocket style black textured flares on my mega (the textured ones match the line-x on the bed and bumpers very well), got them on ebay, prestige is the manufacture i believe, pretty much just a knock off of bushwacker, they look identical, but for half the price, they have them smooth or textured and pocket style or the normal style, i also have them on my second gen, had them for about 5-6 years now, and no complaints what so ever, and very easy to install too, also they are paintable if you want to color match

Not a fan of fender flares. I personally think they ruin the smooth, subtle curves of the 3rd gen body, but to each their own. I had to put something on to pass inspection here, so I went the cheap, least protruding route and used garden liners trimmed as close as was legal. They aren't too obvious when looking at the truck and did the whole thing for just a few dollars.
