That's correct. You should receive a second letter instructing you to call the dealer. I did, and confirmed this with the dealership and scheduled an appointment. Three days before my appointment, the dealership called and said they didn't have the parts and would call when the parts arrived.
I'm thinking of calling a different dealership as its been a a couple of months and I would have expected parts to have arrived by now.
I've been waiting for months for that call back. I had been bugging them once a week or so back when I first received that confirmation notice, but life has taken over since then. I need to get back on it. There are only two dealerships here, so I'm kind of at their mercy.

There should be one earmarked for YOUR truck. That's if they're doing it right. However, when it gets there is not up to them.
We actually had someone from FCA call us the other day asking us why we couldn't get someone's part...no, seriously.
I received my recall letter from FCA which stated I would receive a second notice. Hadn't heard anything for awhile so I called the dealership. They said they had them in and I scheduled an appointment. Never did receive a second notice. Now I need to check my horn...
I never got the second letter, but I called my dealer back in October and they did have the parts in stock. Made an appointment and brought it in, horn intact.
