My 2002 ram 1500 4.7 4x4 is lifted 4 or 5 inches, not sure which kit was installed, blocks in rear are 3 1/4 inches tall. I need 4 new shocks and not sure what to get, or where

It depends on how much you are willing to spend, but I must say that Bilstein is a popular choice. Rancho shocks- http://4wheelonline.com/Rancho_Shocks.334 are also a good option and they have the adjustable ones like the Bilstein.

I have 3" blocks in the rear like you do. 4 wheel parts can tell you what brands are available. I went with pro comp they were a very good price.
