New to site, Hoping to be a Ram owner today
Hi,
I'm excited to be a part of this site. Hoping to buy a Ram today. Just had a few questions...Its an 05 Ram 1500 Daytona. Price is good, has about 113,000 miles...Going back for the test drive and decision today, was wondering if any seasoned Ram owners had any suggestions on things to look for? I will take it to my mechanic before I commit....but it seems in good shape. Its missing one inside lamp cover(but the light works) and there was some rust by the hitch...that seemed to be all I could spot. Price is $9995, its a 4X4 Quad Cab....Rust in New England is common, due to the salt....but I haven't seen the undercarriage yet. I will say the ignition is a little loose(have to watch when remove keys, as it will still beep as if keys are there and drain the battery), not sure if that is something to be concerned with. Thanks for taking the time to read! Have a great day!
