aftermarket hood

Do they make an aftermarket functional hood just like this one for an 04 ram 1500? I can't seem to find one anywhere online.

Dodge sells the SRT-10 hood. The hood in the picture is not functional on the 09-up Rams. LMC truck has aftermarket hoods, at least they did, I haven't looked in awhile.
