Increase Horsepower ???
I have recently bought a 2007 ram 1500 hemi. I was hoping for advice for the best ways to increase horsepower by the maximum and keep the lifetime warranty entact. I know that i can change exhaust and intake and a few other things but which gives you the most horepower gain? Thanks all.

The most HP for the least amount of money will be to get a programmer. Do this after you do the exhaust and the intake as the programmer will work with these mods. Warranty will be ok, as you can use the programmer to load the stock program prior to any service that needs to be done. Other than that you will be looking at weight reduction to increase speed times. Look at glass exchanges, racing seats, etc.

Yeah the programmer is going to help with the most HP. It's going to be the best bang for it's buck because it's definitely a spendy tool.
But as a lot of others would say. The best route to start off would be an intake system & exhaust. Add a few more and then get a programmer and you'll be doing some real damage.

during the last dyno day we had, stock 5.7 with an intake and exhaust were putting 260 rear wheel horse power which is not bad. others with the same set up but with a programmer were pushing close to 290 at the wheels. then there were the 6.1 cars with the same intake and exhaust with b&g flashing putting 380 rear wheel power. so just by these numbers the programmer will give you the benefit of the power you are looking for. wether it is a simple plug and play or a complete flashing is up tp you.
