I just noticed that that kit says it's 3"...I was under the impression that a leveling kit was 2". Should I get that kit, the extended hoses and a 1" rear block, or would the 3" make it sit level? Thanks.

2. Will I need fender flares for that size tire, the section width on the web site says 11.50"
Not neccessary wont stick out that far at all....
3. IF I need flares, what is a good brand to get? I'd like OEM quality or better, not some Taiwan junk.
Would you need fender flares for a 12.2ish width tire? Sorry I dont remember exactly how wide but I know it is close to that

on stock rims? might stick out a little... not too bad.... normally its a 12.5 or larger tire and a bigger backspacing from an aftermarket rim... thats when you need the flares.... also the three inch to my understanding levels out the 2wd... if you haven noticed a 4wd front end sits slightly higher stock then the 2wd....

2" sits level, 3" would have the front a little higher, so for a perfectly level truck, you'd need the options.
Trailmaster makes a 2" poly coil spacer level kit for '06+ 2wd 1500's. Their part number I believe is DS222 and the retail cost is about $79. Check Rocky Mountain Suspension. I'm not sure of the web address, you'll have to Google it.

Cool, I'll probably get the 3" front and a 1" block in the back then to make it sit up a bit higher. I've always wanted a lifted truck, but my parents wouldn't let me because "it's too dangerous, you'll flip and die." Well, now I got my own place and my own truck so I'll do what I want. LOL. I just wish gas was still 79 cents a gallon like it was back then so I could have gotten a 4x4.

Dezertlex, are those stock wheels, or some aftermarket ones? They look good. Your truck sits nice, just what i'm looking for.
