Default Blown head gasket

Are the 4.7 known for blowening head gaskets? My friends truck keeps over heating what should i look for did a gas combustion test on it and the fluid turned yellow if i take the heads off should i bring them to a shop to see if there warped? besides changing the gaskets intake heads thermostate and exhaust. checked the clutch on the fan and was good also water pump truck is a dodge ram 1500 2006 4,7 bubbles coming out of rad and he says he hears a girggleing sound comeing from heater core if he puts ac on. over heats right away said it was smokeing white and put bars head stop leak in it and it stoped smokeing im willing to help him out but wont promise him anything

I WOULD NOT put any head gasket sealant or such in it. If it has a blown gasket then break down the engine and repair it. Have the heads checked for cracks and warpage.
