Default Interior trim

Hi all,
My 06 Ram has the woodgrain interior trim and want to swap for the aluminum finish. I already have the radio bezel, but was told that to pieces on the door panels do not come off and I will have to replace the whole door panel - is this correct? Thanks!

They do make self adhesive vinyl coverings to use in situations like this.

I'm not a stick on type of guy, your talking to the king of peeling off decals and badges. I guess I'll have to find someone to swap with me or dish out a small fortune for new door panels[:'(]

Dodge doesn't sell the pieces that you want, they are not supposed to come off.

Try hitting a junk yard, a resource nearly forgotten in this day and age. I am sure someone totaled a ram but the interior is fine. You can also call ahead and ask if they have a ram for you.

Yup. Check a junkyard. You can even search junkyards online. But someone has got to want to swap with you. I prefer the wood trim, but I already have it.
