Hemi w/mds
The threads go on and on about should do, shouldn't do, type of oil to use with Hemi mds engines. Hey guys most of the stuff you continue to discuss is in the owners manual. For example, chrysler 300c 2006 has mds and in no place in the manual does it state to use other than 5-20w oil, synthetic or otherwise. If you dislike the performance of the mds, why don't you have it disconnected. Also, the manual also says if you let your battery go dead, the mds must be reset. I think we can conclude if the mds isn't working the mpg will be effected. if you do not have an owners manual they are available on the internet. I just wish everyone would use these forums for useful information rather then debate things that are in writing by the manufacturer.
