Default 4.7 mulit misfires

I have a 2002 crew cab 4x4 1500 with a 4.7 engine. I had a check engine light. the codes came back multi-misfires on 1-2-7-8. I change the plugs and 4 of the coils and get the same codes and misfires. Help please. Travis

Did the codes clear or are they still just stuck in the computer?

I'm assuming that you have a coil on each cylinder. I have the 2003 Ram with the 4.7. Check that nut/bolt/stud that holds the coil on. That acts as the ground and if there's a lot or corrosion, it could cause a misfire. What's the exact code that you are getting?
