Default tow/haul mode will it hurt trani to run in this mode daily around town

please answer if ya know, i'm new at this forum and really don't know how to use it or get answers to my questions.

I don't think it would hurt anything other than your fuel economy. It just changes shift points and eliminates the top gear.

You might even get better MPG with it in tow/haul mode contrary to what people think?
The truck is not dropping into top gear at slow speeds causing engine labouring, where as in the tow/haul mode, you would be in a better mechanical advantaged gear to keep all the weight of the truck moving more efficiently.
Just a thought?
Obviously, don't go above say 2000rpm reving the tit's out of it, otherwise this improvement would be lost.

my 2007 Cummins Auto would get better city mileage in tow/haul, mainly because it would lock the gear (torque converter) from 2nd gear up.

However, I haven't tried this on the Hemi yet.

at least a few people have reported better MPG around town with their gasser in T/H. same reasons as above
