Do I need an engine flush? Sludge under my oil cap

Worst sh*t ever. I love Mobil 1 Synthetic, but will never put regular Mobil oil in my car. It made both cars knock like crazy, just like their cheap friggin gas does.
Just FYI Mobil Clean is simply another conventional oil with harsh additives like Pennzoil uses Teflon. Can be good, but overall bad for the daily grind.

I have run it before in 3 cars and one truck (Bought them used) and it was fine just to clean them up then switched to Mobil 1 after.
