Pull fuse #19 under hood in the black, "L" shaped fuse block with the screw on the top.
Sit in truck, close door and put seatbelt on.
Turn key to "ON" position, but do not start.
With key on, you'll hear 2 chimes.
After that, turn truck off, replace fuse #19.
You're good to go...................
