As far as I know it's all original. I bought it with 229k on it. It is in good condition though, other than a cracked dash and a small wear mark on the driver's seat you wouldn't know it has that many miles on it. Still got the window sticker for it. And, according to the carfax, I am only the second real owner. It bounced between dealerships for a while. The only major maintenance I have records of was a complete front brake job including calipers and hoses about two years ago.
I bought it with the intention of dropping a new motor in it eventually. I would love to swap in a 6.4 with a super charger, because reasons, but even a fresh 5.7 would be great. The current one ticks a bit until it starts to warm up.
It does have the off-road package, which was a plus for me. Also the tow package.
My last truck, a 96 5.9 1500 I sold with 222k, that one had the day one transmission in it.
