You can rent the tools to do it from autozone or another similar auto parts shop. I've been thinking about adding one myself, but it is near the bottom of a long list of mods which include headers, fastman TB, and exhaust before the pulley. They aren't really bad to install, I believe if you do a search you can find a few people's impressions of the installation.

I spend time on a Chrysler LH forum (300M/LHS/Dodge Intrepid) and the ASP underdrive pulley is a popular mod with those guys, although it's a PITA to install on those cars. With the underdrive pulley there is no noticeable loss of alternator charging or AC performance, but the fuel economy improves slightly and it seems to accelerate better.

Really informative article, thanks for the info.
I think that with the ASP pulley, it only replaces the crank pulley. I believe thats with the 4.7L and the 5.7L. Is the crank pulley part of the harmonic balancer?
NO gains whatsoever? Nothing on the butt dino, I am shocked. They "advertise" 8+ hp and 21+ ft. pounds of torque... Not even a little differance, what a bummer...
