Toyo Open Country A/T on my Ram question...
I have been looking into the Toyo Open Country A/T for my ram and found this:
P275/55R20 111S * 300840 7.5-8.5-9.5 31.9 11.2 13 P275/60R20 114T *
300290 7.5-8.0-9.5 32.9 11 13 LT275/65R20 126S E/10 (34X11.0R20) * 301140 7.5-8.0-9.5 34 11 16 285/50R20 116T RD 300590 8.0-9.0-10.0 31.3 11.5 12 LT285/55R20 122S E/10 * 301150 8.0-9.0-10.0 32.3 11.7 16 305/50R20 120T 300300 8.5-9.5-11.0 31.9 12.2 14 LT305/55R20 121S E/10 (33X12.0R20) 301340 9.0-9.5-10.0 33.2 12.4 16 LT305/60R20 123S E/10 (34x12.5R20) 300610 8.5-9.0-11.0 34.3 12.6 16 LT325/60R20 121R D/8 (35X13.0R20) 301410 9.5-10.5 35.2 12.9 16 LT355/60R20 125R D/8 (37X14.0R20) 301370 10.0-10.5-11.5 36.8 14.2 17
Overall Dia. being the 36.8 etc. numbers, Overall width being 14.2 etc. numbered column and tread depth being the last column. If I get a 2.5" level kit on my 2007 1500 2WD Dodge Ram, what is the biggest I can fit without any rubbing??? Anyone know? Sorry about the chart...it did not come out like it was online...

Thanks for the info. I def. want the taller look, but dont need so much of the width. I imagine that the width will effect the rubbing more.?.?.? How is it up in Vail? I love it there...also like to head up to Golden for a "right out of the brewery" Coors beer too...yummm!!

Some 305's are wider than others, if you stay in the 11 - 11.5 range you will be fine. The best looking set-up is with the 305's in my opinion. When you go 35 x 12.50 you run into rubbing issues without spacers, and you get the "filled" fender look that I personally don't like, but to each his own.
I love it in Vail, the summers are never too hot and the winters are never too cold (athough some would argue with me on the winter part). Golden is nice, but not a fan of Coors...I am a Colorado Micro Brew fan.....New Belgium...nuff said...lol.

Only downside compared to a traditional A/T tire is that it's a good bit louder on pavement. Not as loud as an aggressive M/T tire however.
To the OP: If you are thinking about the Toyo A/T's, take a good look at the Nitto Terra Grapplers, very similar tire with fantastic reviews and a lower price tag than the Toyos. I just lifted my Jeep and put a set of Nittos' on them and they are performing very well...
