Default Rim Backspacing

I have an 05 ram 3500. Has the stock 17" rims on it. I wanna go with either 17" again or 18" rims, but i want them to stick out of the wheel wells a bit for a more aggresive stance. What kind of backspacing do i need??

If anyone has pics to show me what theirs looks like would be great to thanks!

Mickey Thompson and Dick Cepek aluminum wheels have one of the better strength to weight ratios and are generally backspaced 4.25-4.5" and have a negative offset...
