I figure I'll pull mine out and clean it. I've run a lot of E10 through my truck, so I am anticipating it'll be dirty. I guess I'd need to put some Teflon tape on the fitting when I screw it back into the manifold?

 

You don't need tape it seals with a rubber o ring. Just clean the hole and wipe any crap off the pcv valve o ring. I just put a little engine oil on the ring so it will go in easy and not rip. Should be easy to do. It doesn't really "unscrew" just about a 1/4 turn and it should pull out...same thing to reinstall....just turn it the opposite way

 

I am new and I will be venturing out to give my Dodge 2007 1500 Ram a tune up and and oil change. I am a bit weary of doing so since it is my first time. Any information you can aide me with, will be very much appreciated.

 

i found a moroso oil & air separator for my 07 ram hemi but i can't seem to figure out which lines i have to use to install it. moroso didnt include instruction for the ram hemi just the charger 5.7 and 6.1. any ideas?
