Default Trouble Code PO480

Hello!

I'm from Germany and got a 2003 RAM 1500 with trouble code PO480. I really tried everything: I changed the relay, it's not the fuse and the fan is running if connected to a 12V batttery. If I mesure the continuity at the wire going to the fan I only have 5,5 volts. I also checked the electrical center, no broken curcuit path... No German Dodge owner can help me. I'm very for every idea you guys might have. Sorry for bad english. Nice hello from Germany:

If I'm not mistaken there was a Dodge TSB on the '03s and early '04s about a wiring problem for the blower as it came from the ignition switch. I believe a dealer can run your VIN and and tell you if the technical service bulletin includes your vehicle. The TSB provides the instructions for a wiring overlay.

Hey thanks a lot for your answer!
The problem is that there's no Dodge dealership im my city (Dodge is rarely represented in Germany). Does anybody know how to get this TSB online? Thank you so much!

weird, this code just popped up for me too. Fan works fine, I swapped relays with a spare one. Cleared the code and it comes right back. I'll see what I can come up with and let you know.
