That's hell of a lot of stress on those t bars, I'd just put a smaller block in the rear 3" is a bit much ne way. You don't need that much lift to clear a 35" tire with a 4wd.

You can't use leveling keys AND a T-bar crank... Besides, if you tried to do more than 2.5" inches you'd be busting CVs all the time...

A LEVEL is just that, it levels the truck with the rear, if you went higher then the rear with the bolt crank you have already put way too much stress on your front end components.

If you want more than 2.5" of lift from stock on the front, you need to purchase a body lift or a real suspension lift. Otherwise use smaller blocks in the rear...

they are what adjust the ride height on the T bars. Here is the new set I put on my truck the rusted one is the stock key and was replaced by the new key that gave me the 2.5 inches of lift with out really hurting the ride quality.

Just to kinda help you out shiloh, it doesnt really stress the t-bars... I've never heard of someone hurting a set of the t-bars on these trucks... what it mostly hurts is the cv's. If you can find someone who hurt the t-bars on their truck, I can show you someone who had them jacked up to the max with leveling keys and was hitting things way to hard with their front end, like jumping at the dunes or dropping off of rocks and stuff really fast, which even then they are more likely to break other things first...

Thanks man, I try to sound like I know 4x4's. I know some of the basics, one of them being I know what he is tryin to do is bad lol.

As for the OP read what Hammer said, you can't really go any higher than you are now because your CV's are gonna just get obliterated. Just put a smaller block in the rear and uncrank to t bars until level.
