Default OEM wheel offset

Hello all, i'm a newbee (we all have to start sometime) and have been looking for some info on wheel offset, hoping to find the answer with you all, Have a 2009 3500 megacab 4x4, installed 35 x 12.5 Cooper ST on oem wheels that rub slightly on upper control are on hard turns. Going to buy some new wheels (wife thinks I have to now) but want to keep the tires inside as much as possible. Have found conflicting info for oem offset. Have found that the oem is +43 and also +30. Looking to find out so that I can find a wheel that is approx 10-15 mm less so to clear the control arm. Can any one help?

Thanks

If youre barely rubbing just get wheel spacers. $7 a wheel.
