Default True Duals. How to get around that tank. Pic's

I had to get a hanger fixed so while she was up in the air, I took some better picture to show how you can get by the gas tank. The route is easy, the bends are mild and there is plenty of room!! I hope these pictures help those wanting to run them this way. A bit rusty but she still rocks!!

That helps alot, Thank you, Once I get my welder and some warm weather I will probably start cracking at my exhaust slowly from the muffler back. Although I still haven't decided if its worth it for me to go duals or not.

I'm worried that if I stick my LT headers on there and stay at a single pipe to the muffler that Ill will negate the fun of having the headers. Any thoughts on this?

That looks pretty good.

My aero turbines are staggered on the passenger side. Oh, theres an x-pipe squeezed in there too.

Im about to do the same on my Rumblebee. Im getting the OBX Headers and cats. Then out the side, exactly where you did it.
One question for you and to point out something. - Your o2 sensors are behind the balance pipe... ! Has that thrown any fault codes, as they are ment to record each bank, and you've now mixed the exhaust prior to that. I was going to put a balance pipe in but was worried about that...?

I do this to most of my Dodges (2 of them Hemi's) and have never thrown a code. On a true dual set-up you should use an H or X pipe or you will lose some bottom end power. I'm not sure this is the best location but I chose this spot for 2 reasons. Keep it away from the transmission and as the motor exhaust pulses exit, they share 2 cats therefore less restriction.

Good Luck!!

Ron
