Default lift question

I have a 2003 1500 2WD, I have the 3 inch lift in the front from rough country, and now a 1.5 inch block kit for the back. PS this is the 4th set of blocks I'm putting on I broke every other pair by the time I got home. Rough country blocks are cast iron crap don't waste time installing them I broke their pair, they sent a new pair saying they were better those broke too. Now I have a steel pair to try. But I need to know what the torque spec is for the U bolts. My mechanic just told me to tighten the hell out of them because thats what he does with his air gun and builds mud trucks for a living, but I want to double check I'm not over tightening them causing them to break, but I sure as hell don't want my axel to fall off either.
