Default Loose Steering, is Upgrade the way to go

I have a 5" lift on my 08 ram 2500 mega cab. The steering is loose but I'm trying to decide where to sink the money. Ball joints are loose but not horrible. In my research I found the Carli front end upgrade and was wondering if anyone has tried this or other smaller dollar amount fixes.

Have you put in a steering stabilizer? As in a steel brace for the steering shaft

Negative, as of right now I have the toyo AT's (355/65/18) which I'm replacing soon, and I was going to look in to dual steering stabilizers. I hadn't seen or looked in to the brace. What's your experience?

I don't have a 2500 so I don't have personal experience, but I've heard good things about the steering box brace. They're a good idea on any truck with a solid front axle, especially when it has a lift.
