busted grab handle (a pillar)

Hey guys recently my friend busted off the passenger side grab handle beyond the point of repair, so looking for replacement. I've found several on ebay however i have noticed that they say the 02-05 is different from the 06-08. Just looking at the pics though and it looks the same. The older ones cost half the price so think i should take the risk?
