Smile Help a DIY Female out!

Okay, So... this truck of mine isn't exactly the usual Honda's I deal with... but the man wanted it, so here I am...

I need help / advice! Like as of yesterday! - I have to get this fuel thing at least to something better then 9-12MPG!!!!
2003 Ram 1500 3.7L V6
Basic model, no power windows - nothing....
Only mod: has a slight lift kit -

It's what he wanted, what I bought, and what I'm gonna junk if I can't improve the gas mileage... any advice? Tuners I can buy? Chips? Fuel Pump? Details are a bonus, and A brand would be awesome too!

Well, you did buy a full-size truck with an anemic V6 ... How many miles on the plugs? The throttle body may want cleaning. Is it throwing any codes?

We got the 3.7, automatic(?), gears, tune-up and what done how long ago

etc, etc

Stock tires and wheels? what are they regardless, how worn? tire pressures run

details--details details... you get idea

Lot people here want to help but they REALLY got to know what they're dealing with----it matters!

Before KasperR34 comes in, sell it and buy a Hemi.

For fücks sake I usually stick to telling the 4.7 guys to sell their "trucks" and buy a Hemi but god damn, scrap that thing and buy a Hemi. Or do a Hemi Swap.

The 3.7 in the Jeep Liberty is slow, I can only imagine how hilarious it is in a Ram.

As said before, we need more info

Definitely slight lift please.

Stock rims and tires? Changed the air filter? Change the plugs? Check tire air pressure? Reset the PCM? Quad cab or single?

And what type of mileage are we talking about.. City / Highway? And it this calculated or per the computer. If strickly on traffic watch, you might not have that much of an issue. If out on the road, then definately something's off.

210hp V6 + 4800lb (I am assuming it's a RC) full size truck = **** mileage
