every time i turn my truck off, or even when im stopped at a light my truck makes this cat sounds like a meow???? Its been doing it since ive had the truck... Dont know wether to be worried or what??

God I could make some funny jokes about this... but I'll refrain...

You'll have to explain this to us a little better.... or try and get a video of it.

If it happens whenever you turn the truck off I'd assume it might be a pulley bearing or something... maybe the A/C Compressor Clutch? Or even Fan Clutch slipping...
